New Email Service
On Tuesday November 8th, Round Lake Net upgraded our email service. With only a few minor exceptions, all of your current email addresses have remained the same, however your password has been reset to Passw0rd ( 0 is the number zero) as we have no way of knowing your current password. The password may be changed to whatever you want by logging into the web mail and following these steps:
- After logging into the new Web-Based Email, click the options button.
- On the options page select the Password tab.
- If you get a pop up Security Alert, click OK to continue.
- Enter your existing password or 'Passw0rd' if this is a new account, into the Existing Password box.
- Enter your new password into the New Password box.
- Enter your new password again into the Confirm New Password box.
- Click on the Change Password button.
- Wait for the message Password Modification Request Successful: to appear under the Password tab.
- Even though you have successfully changed your password, it can take up to 15 minutes for the change to be made on all of the servers. You may now click on a different tab or click on the INBOX on the left side of the window to view your messages. If you log out, you may be unable to log in for up to 15 minutes, while your new password becomes active.
Procedure for Changing Password
Note: It can take up to 15 min after changing the password before the change is complete. If you change the password and get an authentication error in Outlook or Outlook Express, Wait at least 15 minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work give us a call and we can reset the password for you.

Outlook Express setup procedure
Your old mail will not automatically show up on the new email server. To view your old mail you will need to use the URL http://oldmail.roundlk.net to view the mail through the old web mail interface.
Although everything was done to insure that email was down for the shortest period possible, some emails may have been rejected by email servers on the internet during the setup period. Most senders received a message asking them to wait and try sending the message again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We hope that you enjoy the new features of our email service.
